Design Versatility

The Hydroblend is a proprietary, application specific dispenser that can be conveniently located near an isolated water source without electrical connections.

The application specific isolated chemical dispensing component protects the "water motor" and insures maximum chemical compatibility and reliability.

New — Hydroblend Quantum — On Demand Mixing System

The Hydroblend Quantum Mixing System is completely water driven, therefore no electricity is required. Incorporating our patented Hydroblend Proportioner, the Quantum System will accurately dilute and dispense teat dip chemistries on demand, and plumb them directly to the parlor or the required dispensing location.

Precision components and design flexibility provide the ability to customize a system according to customer requirements.

The Hydroblend Quantum System can be configured with either a 1/2 gallon or 2 gallon reservoir to provide "on demand" dispensing and reduce chemical waste. The system is compatible with spraying or foaming applications, and can also be used to fill a dip cup.
